The Opportunity:

We are looking for a highly motivated and wildly creative Graphic Designer to join our growing Marketing team! Under the direction of the Head of Marketing the Graphic Designer will generate all graphic creative across web, offline and digital mediums while contributing to the direction of Shipfusion's brand look and feel.

In this role you will...

• Create and develop creative and original designs for various marketing media such as digital ads, , videos, web, blog, and social graphics, long-form content such as ebooks and whitepapers, emails, slide decks, templates, and printed materials , among other touchpoints, while respecting pre-established guidelines and strategies.
• Communicate design concepts clearly for approval.
• Work closely with marketing and other teams (sales, product, human resources, customer success) to understand project needs and objectives.
• Brief and oversee external resources such as freelancers or agencies for or production of certain suites of assets.
• Effectively manage deadlines and priorities, while maintaining a high level of excellence in the quality of work.
• Be able to adapt to new technologies, trends and developments in the field of graphic design.

What You'll Bring to the Team (Required Skills):

• 2 to 4 years experience in a similar position;
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Premiere, Adobe XD),
• Experience building templates in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
• Experience with design tools like Canva and Figma
• Experience in building or manipulating templates for web and email in Hubspot CRM
• Skilled in using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere or similar tools
• Experience photo editing and photo sourcing
• Strong focus on digital graphic design, including ads, email marketing, web graphics, and social media graphics
• Interest or experience in company branding
• Expertise in video editing and video production
• Front-end development experience considered a strong asset
• Motion graphics,animation, and illustration experience is a plus
• Possess a good understanding of the creative process and the ability to transform guidelines into compelling visual elements that resonate with the target audience.
• Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves.
