Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing efforts at Basecamp Resorts. This role is integral to our marketing team, focusing on marketing communications, administration, and assisting with creative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong digital marketing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to produce engaging content. Hospitality experience is a bonus.

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 yearly

Shifts: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Must be able to work from one our offices in either Canmore, Calgary or Revelstoke

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the marketing team with administrative and creative tasks.
  • Assisting the marketing team with the development of engaging photo/video/written content.
  • Liaise with operations, restaurant, spa, other departments, and partners.
  • Coordinate social media influencer and media visits.
  • Assist with photography and videography needs for content on social media, advertisements, and the company's media library
  • Prepare presentation materials for sales, marketing, and PR meetings.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Basecamp Resorts at all times.

Requirements

  • College education in Marketing or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Click Up.
  • Experience with photography and videography.
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge in graphic design and digital marketing.
  • Comfortable using Apple hardware and software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Positive team attitude and willingness to assist where needed.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
