Inventa is a leader in the design, creation, and execution of innovative brand experiences, from large scale events and national experiential tours to grassroots local executions. Now in our 27th year, we are at the forefront in the experiential marketing and event space.   

Inventa is hiring a group of highly organized individuals to spearhead this experience as Supervisors and Team leads. This family friendly event will be celebrating the magical world of the Mushroom Kingdom and all the beloved characters who live there. Featuring interactive activities, game sampling and some special guest appearances. This experience is sure to surprise and delight!

To excel in this role, you will have excellent leadership skills, communication, networking, and organization skills, in addition to having open availability on for training and shifts (outlined below). Previous experience is required, as well as experience with customer service and public relations.  

SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Coordinating, collaborating, communicating with, managing and motivating client appointed staff and Inventa staff
• Building strong rapport and relationships with all staff
• Facilitation and participation of set up and tear down of assets 
• Familiarizing yourself with the company’s mission, vision, and goals.  
• Answering any questions from guests that are within their scope 
• Monitoring customer feedback and deescalating disgruntled guests onsite
• Tracking customer preferences, metrics, and media campaigns.  
• Representing the company in a fun and professional manner  
• Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times.  
• Liaising with in-office team, onsite contacts and client 
• Coordinating with team and assigning duties and breaks 
• Completing final report in a timely matter and submitting to Account Coordinator - complete with detailed highlights, comments, metrics, key learnings and solutions
• Delegate tasks to staff, manage tasks outside of Team Lead scope and oversee entire flow of event
• Problem solving onsite and managing time sensitive tasks with urgency

TEAM LEAD RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with client appointed staff and leading sections/activities
• Collecting hourly metrics from Nintendo staff and logging information
• Quick problem solving/troubleshooting of any issues and reporting to Supervisor
• Active participation in set up and tear down of assets
• Familiarizing yourself with the company’s mission, vision, and goals.  
• Answering any questions from guests that are within their scope 
• Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times.  
• Completing report to be sent to Supervisor in a timely matter

ASSETS:

• Ability to drive larger vehicles – cargo van to 3 tonne truck
