Digital Content Coordinator

Job Description

Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Director, this role requires a nimble, creative, and highly organized candidate who has first-rate photography and videography skills and excellent social media management skills. An integral part of the Institutional Advancement team, the Coordinator will lead the day-to-day digital and social media needs of the School and will help tell our stories. This role is full-time during the school year with an extended summer break.

Duties

  • Create, distribute, optimize, and analyze content and related analytics for all SHSH social media and web platforms on a day-to-day basis, including posts, blogs, photos, video, collateral, and value-added content pieces, as part of a broader digital marketing strategy and content management plan.
  • Collaborate with adults and students throughout the School to identify, record, post, and archive stories and photos.
  • Manage the school content calendar.
  • Ensure integrated and timely SEO and GA practices, reporting, and tracking.
  • Assist with communications, events, and administration as required.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Creative proficiency with all major social media platforms.
  • Excellent photography and videography skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong foundational understanding of digital marketing.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
