Are you a creative and energetic marketing professional? Join our clients dynamic and committed team to help fuel growth with innovative marketing strategies. Our client, a well recognized distributor/ retailer of electronics across North America, is seeking an experienced seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute impactful marketing initiatives.

The Role:

• Develop and implement an annual marketing plan focused on business growth, including target markets, budgets, timelines, and success metrics
• Conduct market and competitive research
• Manage relationships with business partners and optimize coop marketing programs
• Oversee relationships with third-party providers, including agencies
• Lead branding, campaigns, advertising, and events
• Enforce brand standards consistently
• Manage digital content, including web and social media
• Oversee website design, user experience, and quality
• Drive traffic to digital assets through paid advertising and track metrics on traffic and impact
• Identify and test new platforms, tools, and routes to market while staying updated on emerging trends and technologies
• Collaborate with sales and operations colleagues to develop new offerings and improve customer experience

The Ideal Candidate:

• University or College Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or Business
• Minimum of five years of hands-on experience in a marketing leadership role
• Experience with a range of marketing disciplines including brand management, market research, content marketing, advertising, events, and public relations
• Advanced knowledge and experience in digital marketing
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong project management skills
• Solid analytical skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, collaborative, and creative with a sense of urgency and multi-tasking ability
• Expertise in relevant technologies such as Adobe and Microsoft Office Applications
