If so, we invite you to join our team as a Marketing Specialist where your contributions will drive engagement, brand visibility, and contribute directly to our growth trajectory. In this generalist role, you will focus on various initiatives including digital marketing, website optimization, content creation, social media, and product positioning.

This is a hybrid role, with the requirement to travel to London, Ontario 2-4 times per month.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the development, execution, and evaluation of paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads). Conduct keyword research, create ad copy, and generate reports measuring against KPIs.
  • Manage monthly budgets and forecasts to create high ROI. Refine campaign budgets by measuring performance and executing solutions to maximize ROI.
  • Refine and strengthen paid search strategy by analyzing past performance, incorporating best practices, actioning advertising platform recommendations, and managing bid strategies and budgets across campaigns. Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure their good health and identify opportunities to scale.
  • Manage the development and implementation of new website features and functionalities. Create and update content for product launches, ensuring site experiences align with client and product needs. Drive SEO initiatives to improve our discoverability on search engines.
  • Conduct market research and gather insights to understand client needs and market trends to create compelling selling messagings.
  • Assist in establishing effective product positioning. Assist in planning and executing product launches, ensuring consistency across marketing materials and promotional activities.
  • Manage social media platforms to grow subscribers and overall engagement by creating and posting relevant and engaging content.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Role Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a closely related field, providing a strong foundation in marketing principles.
  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing specialist or digital marketing specialist role.
  • 3+ years of experience managing paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) preferred.
  • Experience in SEO, CRO, paid search, and Google Analytics preferred.
  • Experience in website design and development preferred.
  • Content creation and social media management experience preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills; adept at understanding how marketing efforts contribute to overall business goals and demonstrating ROI.
  • Familiarity with WordPress (or other content management software), HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts to effectively communicate with developers and implement minor website changes.
  • Ability to navigate and resolve challenges in ambiguous and dynamic environments, showcasing adaptability and creative problem-solving.

  • Compensation: OSG offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including health and dental coverage, and other perks. The annual salary range for this role is $60,000 - $70,000.
