In this role, you'll have the unique opportunity to source and recruit local chefs and vendors to join The BRDGE. Your mission is to identify, engage, and onboard culinary talent in our community, helping them connect with more customers and grow their businesses. And yes, you'll get to taste amazing food along the way!

What You'll Do:

• Identify and approach local chefs and vendors who could benefit from joining The BRDGE. Build strong relationships and communicate the value of our platform.
• Work closely with our growing team to develop strategies that support our chefs and vendors, helping them thrive in the competitive food industry.
• Get the chance to sample delicious dishes from different chefs as you build your network and onboard new talent.
• Your compensation is directly tied to your success. The more chefs and vendors you successfully onboard, the more you earn!
