Position Summary:

We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team! If you have a passion for creating visually stunning designs and enjoy crafting engaging video content for social media, this role is for you. You'll primarily focus on graphic design while also contributing to video content, especially reels, to help amplify our brand's presence. You'll work closely with our Digital Marketing Lead to ensure our content is both eye-catching and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce eye-catching graphics and videos for digital and print media, including social media posts, ads, email graphics, and more.
• Create engaging reels specifically for TikTok/Instagram that aligns with Crunch Fitness's brand and philosophy.
• Actively participate in team brainstorming sessions for campaign planning and creative strategy development.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content that supports our marketing campaigns and goals.
• Maintain brand consistency across all media and platforms.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary school education in Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro) and Canva.
• Experience with creating reels for TikTok/Instagram.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and video content.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
