We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Marketing Manager for new Investor Acquisitions to spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge marketing strategies to drive organizational growth. This role is pivotal in expanding the Skyline Group of Companies' investor base through targeted social media, email campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives. Key responsibilities include crafting compelling marketing plans, leveraging digital channels for investor acquisition, and conducting in-depth competitive analysis.

What you will be doing:

• Emphasize the use of data analytics to drive decision-making and measure campaign effectiveness. Incorporate responsibilities for analyzing marketing metrics, customer behavior, and campaign performance to refine strategies.
• Focus on specific tactics for generating and nurturing leads through automated marketing systems, CRM tools, and personalized communication strategies.
• Develop a content strategy that includes thought leadership, educational content, and investor-focused resources to build trust and drive engagement.
• Integrate marketing efforts across various channels-such as social media, email, digital ads, and events-to create a cohesive and effective investor acquisition strategy.
• Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
• Conduct project reviews with other involved departments to evaluate the effectiveness of the projects, ensuring budgets are reconciled, stated goals are achieved and learnings are actionable, well-documented and shared.

What we look for:

• College Diploma or University Degree in Marketing/Advertising, Journalism, Business, or another related field
• A minimum of seven (7) years relevant experience OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven track record in strategic communication, marketing, and advertising (an understanding and appreciation of exempt market investing is preferred).
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Experience creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns utilizing both traditional and digital media.
• Being proactive with good problem-solving skills, judgment, and innovation.
