Motion Graphics Design Intern

Hey there, pixel prodigy! Sunwing Vacations Group-the top vacation brand in Canada, sending more Canadians to tropical paradise than anyone else-is on the hunt for a Motion Graphics Design Intern. You'll join our in-house studio, creating a diverse range of ads that capture the magic of sun, sand, and beachy vibes. If you're all about crafting visuals that make people want to trade snow boots for flip-flops, then let's get those graphics in motion.

The Role:

What You'll Do:

• Create engaging motion graphics for digital ads, social media, video content, and more, aligned with our brand's look and feel.
• Collaborate with the creative team including designers, copywriters, and marketing managers to bring concepts to life.
• Develop storyboards and visual concepts that enhance our marketing campaigns, focusing on dynamic visuals that captivate and convert.
• Animate 2D/3D graphics, text, and other visual elements to elevate our brand's storytelling and drive engagement.
• Edit and enhance video content, integrating motion design seamlessly to create polished, professional outputs.
• Stay on top of design trends and techniques, bringing fresh ideas to keep our content ahead of the curve.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of work under pressure.

What You'll Need:

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator). Experience with Cinema 4D or similar 3D software is a plus.
• A creative mindset with the ability to think big generate bold ideas, and push the boundaries of conventional motion design.
• A passion for visual storytelling with the ability to create graphics that are not just visually appealing but also impactful and memorable.
• Strong technical skills in animation and design, including an understanding of timing, pacing, and composition.
• Openness to feedback and a collaborative spirit with a positive attitude towards iteration and continuous improvement.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to quickly adapt and experiment with new styles and techniques.
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
