Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to generate targeted and high-quality leads
• Identify and engage key decision-makers within enterprise organizations, designing effective outreach strategies
• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, leveraging social media, email marketing, SEO, and other tools to maximize reach and engagement
• Produce high-quality, relevant content tailored to enterprise decision-makers, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and video
• Utilize data analytics to guide marketing strategies, track performance, and refine tactics. Develop success metrics and report regularly on campaign results
• Partner with C-suite executives to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives, providing insights and recommendations based on market trends and campaign performance

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B and enterprise-level engagement
• Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Demonstrated experience in content creation and managing marketing campaigns
• Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required. Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus

Salary Range: $100-130k/year
