Reporting to our COO and working cross-departmentally, you'll contribute to product development, provide graphic support for merchandise, and create visual assets. These projects will also involve creating and adapting design work for digital platforms.

As a Graphic Designer, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Duties:

Develop and design products, graphic elements, and visual solutions for merchandise

Collaborate with engineering and design teams to meet all design needs, including creating dielines, packaging, visual branding elements, and label designs

Create and adapt visual assets for digital platforms, including social media posts, website banners, email campaigns, and digital ads to complement merchandise and branding strategies

Keep up-to-date with design trends to create forward-thinking designs that connect with and engage our target audience

Develop slide decks and templates for presentations, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines

Communicate with overseas suppliers and manufacturers to arrange samples and coordinate product development

Design clear and visually engaging signage and wayfinding systems for events, matching the overall event theme and aesthetics

Job Requirements:

Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign

A combination of 4+ years of education and experience in graphic design or a relevant field, or 3+ years of working experience in a relevant field

A portfolio showcasing your advanced understanding of graphic design, visual design, and creative thinking across brand and design projects

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to meet strict timelines and delivery deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy

Compensation:

For this position the typical hiring salary range falls between CAD $55,000 and $70,000 per year. The base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job related qualifications such as knowledge, skills and experience. Creator Warehouse's compensation structure is rooted in a performance and merit based approach that acknowledges performance of both the individual and the team.
