We're looking for an enthusiastic, tech-savvy, and highly-organized Marketing Operations leader to drive our operations function within the Marketing team. In this role, you'll have a unique opportunity to use your experience and passion for technology, process optimization, and insights generation to help Marketing achieve our revenue generation goals. This role will partner closely with our Revenue Marketing and Sales teams.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • ?Marketing Technology:
  • Act as the marketing technology platform owner for all marketing systems including building out the technology roadmap for all marketing systems and platforms
  • Ensure all systems within marketing and the greater organization are properly integrated to ensure data integrity and efficiency in operations
  • Lead the evaluation, vendor selection, implementation and eventual ownership for all new marketing technology solutions
  • ?Insights and Reporting:
  • Track and report results by providing KPI dashboards, campaign reporting and key behavioral insights
  • Own and evolve attribution reporting to ensure opportunity and revenue generation are being tracked back to the correct source
  • Ensure lead scoring process and models are optimized to maximize conversion
  • ?Leadership and Growth:
  • Guide the Marketing Operations Specialist on their journey to world class by providing training, mentoring and weekly doses of inspiration
  • Deliver effective change management and communication to ensure smooth transition to any new technology or process
  • Evolve Marketing Operations at Loopio to deliver best practices on the effective application of technology
  • ?Operational Efficiency:
  • Ensure lead routing is 100% accurate and timely to enable timely follow-up from Sales
  • Ensure that every marketing program and campaign are executed accurately and efficiently by implementing SLA timelines and ensuring compliance to processes and timelines

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM

  • You have a passion for technology and providing valuable insights to help the team hit their goals
  • You come with 5+ years of experience in a B2B marketing operations role, ideally with experience working at a SaaS company and have 2 - 3 years of experience in a people management capacity.
  • You have a good balance of Marketing, operations and technology functional skills
  • You have strong working experience with CRMs like Hubspot and Salesforce.
  • You have experience and knowledge of the sales cycle and the role the marketing plays in it
  • You are driven and passionate about helping Marketing teams optimize their performance
  • You're extremely organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • You have experience creating business plans and know how to sell it to internal stakeholders

WHERE YOU'LL WORK

  • Loopio is a remote-first workplace because we recognize the advantages of working flexibly. We have Hub Regions spanning across Canada, UK, and India, which means that employees live and work remotely within a 300 KM radius of Toronto (within Ontario),Vancouver (within British Columbia), Ahmedabad (within Gujarat), Pune (within Maharashtra), and London (UK) and work within regular business hours in their timezone.
  • You'll collaborate with your teams virtually (we're just a Zoom call away!) and have established core sync hours and focus time during the workday to enable us to work smarter together
