SENIOR PRODUCT MARKETING SPECIALIST

SAFE SOFTWARE IS LOOKING FOR A SENIOR PRODUCT MARKETING SPECIALIST TO JOIN OUR MARKETING TEAM. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL LEAD THE DEVELOPMENT AND EXECUTION OF GO-TO-MARKET (GTM) STRATEGIES FOR NEW PRODUCT LAUNCHES, CONDUCT IN-DEPTH MARKET RESEARCH TO PROVIDE STRATEGIC INSIGHTS, AND MANAGE KEY RELATIONSHIPS WITH INDUSTRY ANALYSTS AND REVIEW PLATFORMS. YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS WILL BE PIVOTAL IN POSITIONING OUR PRODUCTS FOR SUCCESS, MEETING CUSTOMER NEEDS, AND DRIVING BUSINESS GROWTH.

ABOUT THE TEAM

As part of the Marketing team, you'll work alongside a talented group of cross-functional professionals who collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams. The team is responsible for crafting effective GTM campaigns, conducting competitive analysis, and ensuring our products are well-represented in the market through review platforms and analyst relations.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As a Senior Product Marketing Specialist, you will:

  • Lead the development and execution of Go-to-Market strategies for new product launches, feature releases, and market expansions, ensuring strong product positioning and messaging.
  • Conduct thorough market and competitive research to uncover customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes, providing actionable insights for Product and Sales teams.
  • Manage relationships with key industry analysts, including coordinating briefings, presentations, and inquiries.
  • Oversee Safe Software's presence on review platforms like G2, developing strategies to increase review quality and volume, and gathering feedback for product improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND COMPETENCIES

Required skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing, ideally within the software or technology industry.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing Go-to-Market strategies, conducting market and competitive research, and collaborating across teams.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with teams like Product, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing market conditions and campaign needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a team-oriented mindset that fosters collaboration across departments.
  • Analytical skills to derive meaningful insights from data and apply them to enhance marketing strategies.

Desired skills / Bonus points:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience managing industry analyst relations and review platforms like G2.
  • A strong grasp of marketing metrics and experience working with Digital Marketing teams to analyze and optimize campaign performance.
