We're hiring a Marketing Analytics Associate Director to support our Growth Marketing team and own the analytical roadmap, reporting tools, and marketing optimization through in-depth analytical insights and experimentation. As the Marketing Analytics Associate Director, you will lead a best in class team of analytics experts and be a champion of a data-centric approach to our marketing operations. You will be working collaboratively with business intelligence, data science, product, and growth marketing teams to provide effective and valuable data solutions.

- Analyze complex business problems using large datasets from internal and external sources to identify gaps and opportunities for KPI improvement (acquisition, CACs, brand awareness, LTV, etc.)
- Develop and manage the analytics roadmap for the growth marketing organization, ensuring timely completion of analytically rigorous projects.

- MSc / Bachelors in STEM, eg Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics
- At least 7 years' experience deriving insights from data and influencing business strategy decisions
- At least 3 years' experience leading a technical team
- Expert level Python, SQL and a data visualization tool; experience in Databricks and Tableau are a plus
- A strong grasp of statistical concepts (e.g. regression, hypothesis testing, sample size determination etc)
- Practical experience building data visualizations that have intuitive UI and follow best practices
- Strong organizational skills, a sense of ownership and accountability, and the ability to lead projects with a team
