The Murray Auto Group is looking for a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing department. As a Marketing Coordinator on our team, you will be responsible for coordinating marketing projects between our stores and our design team. A qualified candidate will be organized and be able to recommend a marketing initiative to match a stores sales goal. This position is a balance between creative marketing initiatives and organizing projects with various deadlines.

• Discuss marketing ideas with various store managers and recommend a plan based on their specific goals, budget, and team.
• Track and evaluate campaign performance on an ongoing basis, reporting campaign results to department managers.
• Work closely with other marketing team members to ensure priorities are balanced between multiple locations and brands.
• Manage multiple projects and opportunity to bring your own creative ideas and energy into every day work.
• Opportunity to learn new marketing tools and initiatives on a regular basis.

What we are looking for:

• Completion of post-secondary education or equivalent work experience in a marketing, commerce, graphics design or digital media program.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, email marketing tools such as Mailchimp or Hubspot, and the Microsoft Office suite is essential.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Automotive-specific CRMs is an asset.
• A strong understanding of digital advertising on platforms such as Google and Facebook. Prior experience managing an ad account is an asset.
• Ability to bring creative ideas and energy while working within tight deadlines and balancing a sales objective.
• A candidate must be able to manage deadlines and work independently, while also working in a small team dynamic.
• Ability to visually communicate a message with a strong call to action is essential.
• A background in marketing is an asset.
