POSITION SUMMARY

The Manager, Change Management, Communications & Training, is a member of the ATLAS Enhanced Workforce Management team, specifically supporting change management and communications for various projects related to the ATLAS Enhanced upgrade and the implementation of other systems including UKG Talk, Evention, Pay Card and Earned Wage Access. This role's primary focus is on supporting the execution of communications and training that drive engagement and adoption of these systems in the US and Canada.

Additionally, the role will support project management and deployment execution across various channels and mediums (e.g., emails, videos, webinars, training guides, presentations, etc.). Job responsibilities include working with leaders at hotels to complete key tasks to ensure system and property readiness as applicable.

EXPECTED CONTRIBUTIONS

  • Communications
  • Change Management: Execute communications strategies for ATLAS Enhanced and payroll initiatives and other priorities as assigned. This includes strategy development and tactical plan execution, stakeholder engagement, development of messaging and communications including intranet design, webinar content creation and execution, copywriting, hotel email messaging and distribution, eNewsletter creation and more. Coordinate training and communications deliverables working with the ATLAS Enhanced teams as well as vendor partners. Provide guidance on training approach and deliver training content to ensure hotel associates understand critical concepts leading to the successful adoption of the finance systems. Provide logistical support to schedule and lead deployment and training sessions. Support ATLAS Enhanced Business Partner in Canada with change management, project management, communications, and deployment as directed.
  • Project Management
  • Deployment: Work with finance and HR stakeholders to navigate multiple projects simultaneously, managing complex content, crafting thoughtful, clear
  • concise messaging, effectively managing tight deadlines and deliverable reviews, and more. Projects include (but not limited to) ATLAS Enhanced upgrade in the US and Canada, UKG Talk, Simplify, Evention, Digital Tipping, Pay Card and Earned Wage Access. Use tools such as Land-it to ensure hotels are ready to implement systems. Partner with both above-property and property leaders to ensure full adoption engagement and adoption of new systems and processes. Escalate hotel issues or non-compliance of system usage to ATLAS leaders. Share feedback to improve the implementation process between pilot and big bang.

CANDIDATE PROFILE - KEY TALENTS AND EXPERIENCE DESIRED

Education

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Communications, Business Administration or related major is preferred.

Experience

  • 4 or more years of relevant professional experience in communications, journalism, change management, marketing, or related function, demonstrating progressive career growth and pattern of exceptional performance.
  • Hospitality experience a plus.
  • Strong writer with a proven track record consulting with business leaders and designing, developing, and implementing high impact communications in large organizations, using a variety of delivery methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-profile projects including crisis comms (at times) in a global landscape.

Required Skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and build consensus among multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
  • Strong technology/systems aptitude.
  • Basic design skills a plus.
  • Analytical skills (i.e., able to review data and provide recommendations for process enhancements). Experience with content management systems, web site management, email campaign management tools, or customer databases a plus.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, problem resolution and teamwork skills. Ability to maintain and grow relationships with internal partners.
  • Ability to integrate and balance priorities, work activities, and resources for the benefit of multiple key stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently (from concept to product delivery) and set priorities.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to understand and navigate through a matrixed organization.

The salary range for this position is $91,900 to $125,000 annually.
