This role is based at our Headquarters in Laval, Quebec, Canada and requires on-site presence. A flexible hybrid work model is available, allowing for a combination of in-office and remote work.

Digital HQ is a digital marketing agency that offers graphic design, social media management, and web development services to a wide range of automotive clients. We use social media strategies to craft compelling and interactive online experiences for our clients, maximizing audience engagement and fostering brand growth.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Social Media Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our team's success. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing detailed social media calendars and developing creative strategies for a variety of automotive clients
  • Crafting engaging social media content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn that drives customer engagement and brand recognition
  • Shooting vehicle videos and marketing content.
  • Editing vehicle videos and marketing content
  • Creating reels
  • Writing compelling monthly blogs that showcase our clients' unique offerings and industry expertise
  • Updating and managing multiple social media accounts, ensuring a consistent schedule and high-quality content

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing or Communications or a mix of relevant real-world work experience
  • Proven experience (2+years) in the marketing field, preferably in the automotive industry or similar
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and a creative flair
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all content is polished and aligns with brand guidelines
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for engaging and growing online communities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
  • Proven experience in Social Media management with a strong focus on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn platforms
  • Self-directed and motivated to learn, with the ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Flexible, adaptable, able to multitask, and committed to due dates and deadlines
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual in French and English; fluency in both speaking and writing is a must
  • Driver's license
  • Experience in automotive marketing would be an asset
