This role is based at our Headquarters in Laval, Quebec, Canada and requires on-site presence. A flexible hybrid work model is available, allowing for a combination of in-office and remote work.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Social Media Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our team's success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing detailed social media calendars and developing creative strategies for a variety of automotive clients
- Crafting engaging social media content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn that drives customer engagement and brand recognition
- Shooting vehicle videos and marketing content.
- Editing vehicle videos and marketing content
- Creating reels
- Writing compelling monthly blogs that showcase our clients' unique offerings and industry expertise
- Updating and managing multiple social media accounts, ensuring a consistent schedule and high-quality content
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Post-secondary education in Marketing or Communications or a mix of relevant real-world work experience
- Proven experience (2+years) in the marketing field, preferably in the automotive industry or similar
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and a creative flair
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all content is polished and aligns with brand guidelines
- Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for engaging and growing online communities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
- Proven experience in Social Media management with a strong focus on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn platforms
- Self-directed and motivated to learn, with the ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Flexible, adaptable, able to multitask, and committed to due dates and deadlines
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in French and English; fluency in both speaking and writing is a must
- Driver's license
- Experience in automotive marketing would be an asset
