At Dentalook, we’re searching for an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to bring our brand to life across all platforms, creating meaningful connections both online and offline.

*** Please note that this position is an in-office position, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in event coordination, project management, or a related role.
• Proficiency in Asana or similar project management software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven experience in planning and coordinating events such as training sessions, team celebrations, or corporate events.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project documentation.
• Familiarity with creating and managing timelines, schedules, and deliverables.
• Proactive problem-solving skills to handle project challenges and ensure smooth execution.
• Experience in managing budgets and negotiating with vendors (preferred but not mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, event planning, project management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
