In this job, you will...

• Develop and execute strategies that effectively position and promote the company's products, ensuring strong alignment with customer needs and organizational goals
• Develop compelling product messaging frameworks
• Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape, customer preferences, and market trends, leveraging these insights to shape product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
• Drive product launches, working in collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success stakeholders
• Monitor product usage metrics and customer feedback, identifying actionable insights and developing new strategies for expansion and product launches
• Be the bridge between Product Development and Sales to ensure products reach and resonate with target audiences
• Actively engage with customers and internal stakeholders to gather deep customer insights
• Create customer-focused content (ex. blog posts, social media posts, and landing pages) and sales enablement materials
• Understand business objectives and think strategically about how product marketing can drive growth, from top-of-funnel awareness to long-term retention

You have...

• 3+ years' experience in a product marketing role, preferably within a high-growth startup or tech-driven environment
• Proven ability to build strategies and generate innovative ideas based on customer and market insights
• Adept at balancing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Effective cross-functional collaborator, capable of building and fostering strong relationships
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• An entrepreneurial mindset
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools is considered an asset.
