Position Details
Job Title: Inside-Outside Sales Representative
Location: Yaletown, Vancouver, BC
Start Date: Early February/March 2025
Work Breakdown:
- 60% Inside Sales/Customer Support: In our fun and stylish Yaletown office, you'll be supporting customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and nurturing strong relationships.
- 40% Outside Sales (Seasonal): Hitting the road during peak seasons to connect face-to-face with customers, showcase our products, grow business relationships, and driving sales across BC, AB, MB and SK
What We're Looking For
- A Sales Pro: 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably B2B, with a proven track record.
- Relationship Builder: Someone who thrives on engaging with customers, building trust, and creating long-term partnerships.
- Energetic & Fun: You bring positivity, enthusiasm, and the ability to work well with a team.
- Self-Motivated: You're organized, proactive, and thrive in both office and on-the-road environments.
- Passion for Products: A genuine interest in garden décor, outdoor living, or home and garden trends is a plus!
- Valid driver's license, reliable automobile and a willingness to travel seasonally.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and supporting customer accounts in the office - handling calls, processing orders, and responding to inquiries.
- Cultivating new leads and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Conducting seasonal travel to customer locations to showcase products and close sales opportunities.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure outstanding service and customer satisfaction.
