We are looking for someone to join our team who has a passion for social media and marketing, with interests in photography and videography, while working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Creative individual with a passion for social media and design.
• Proficient with social platforms (Instagram/Facebook, LinkedIn, You Tube, Etc.), current trends and technology.
• Ability to create and develop content for social media platforms.
• Ability to assist in administrative duties as assigned.
• Ability to assist in photography/videography as needed.
• Motivated Self-starter

Assets:

• Familiar with/experience in Canva, Adobe lightroom and/or other editing programs (images/videos).
• Graphic design experience.
• Photography/videography experience.
• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Professional demeanor with excellent English communication skills (both written & verbal)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and design content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Develop new and engaging/innovative ways to showcase property listings.
• Engaging with social media audience and followers.
• Creating community connections and awareness through social media.
• Assisting Realtors in creating social media content.
• Create marketing materials.
• Assist in administrative duties as assigned.
• Assist in-house photographer/videographer as needed.
