As one of the leading real estate brands in Canada, we are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic real estate agency in Montreal.

This role is ideal for a marketing professional with 2–3 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balances creativity with accuracy, and has a passion for client service. Agency experience is a strong asset.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Provide professional, friendly marketing support to real estate agents, building strong relationships across the company.
  • Coordinate incoming requests and manage the design, production, and distribution of marketing materials, including postcards, brochures, direct mail, digital ads, social media, email, video, and signage.
  • Support project management: create timelines, track progress, follow up on tasks, and communicate updates.
  • Collect and edit photos, videos, and source materials to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Design and produce marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Proof, spell-check, and conduct quality control on all deliverables.
  • Oversee pre- and post-production to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate property promotional programs, including social media, internal campaigns, and other opportunities.
  • Maintain and update the brand asset library and intranet.
  • Host training sessions and workshops on marketing tools, technology, and best practices.
  • Stay current on brand standards, tools, and technology, and provide timely answers to broker and agent questions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Friendly personality with a strong customer-service mindset.
  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing or advertising (real estate or related industry an asset).
  • Experience in a marketing or creative agency is a strong advantage.
  • Expertise in print, digital, and social media marketing; direct mail experience is a major asset.
  • Highly organized with strong project coordination skills; experience with Asana, Trello, or similar tools.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite;  additional experience with Canva, CRM, CMS and email marketing platforms an advantage.
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and resourceful.
  • Bilingual in English and French, with strong written, verbal communication and proofreading skills in both.
