Silent Partners Studio specializes in the design and production of images and animated content for digital and performing arts. Silent Partners Studio's images can be found in music videos, concerts and world tours, televised events, plays, operas, fashion shows, sports and esports events, brand activations, corporate presentations, museums, installations, and more.

Founded in 2014 in Montreal, the company has a studio in Montreal and an office in Los Angeles. Silent Partners Studio has collaborated with many internationally renowned artists, including Harry Styles, Eminem, Snoop Dogg, Taylor Swift, Justin Timberlake, Katy Perry, Billie Eilish, as well as brands such as Disney, Apple, MTV, NFL, Instagram, Audi, Netflix, MSG Sphere, Google, Les 7 Doigts de la Main, and many others.


Digital content creator

SPS is looking for a Digital Content Creator who will be responsible for designing, producing, and editing audiovisual content for Silent Partners Studio (SPS) digital platforms. Working closely with the Communications Manager and production teams, this person will play a key role in promoting the studio's projects, developing the brand, and handling internal communications. They will be proficient in video editing, graphic design, and digital design tools, and able to transform ideas into visual content.

Role and responsibilities

  •  In collaboration with the production team: select, edit, and optimize content for social media platforms (Instagram, website, etc.);
  • Create digital visuals, animations, images, and videos to support online publications;
  • Participate in content planning in collaboration with the communications manager;
  • Adapt content to suit different platforms (formats, lengths, orientations, etc.);
  • Ensure the consistency of the website and maintain visual consistency with the studio's brand identity;
  • Contribute to internal communications by creating videos and images for company presentation materials (keynotes, case studies, festival presentations, talks, etc.).

Qualifications

  • Degree or training in audiovisual production, animation, graphic design, or a related field;
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital content creation;
  • Skills in graphic design, animation, and visual creation;
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite tools (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, Figma, or other similar software;
  • Good understanding of social media formats and codes;
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital platforms;
  • Proficiency in the Mac ecosystem as well as Google Suite (Gmail, Google Sheet, Drive), Slack, Frame IO, Dropbox, Asana;
  • Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written;
  • Strong interest in the world of creative studios, design, or visual arts (an asset).

Skills and experience

  • Demonstrate creativity, curiosity, a developed aesthetic sense, and versatility;
  • Possess marketing sensitivity and a good understanding of communication issues;
  • Design the graphic aspect, aesthetics, and visual experience of content;
  • Demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and motivation, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and set priorities;
  • Be comfortable in a creative and multidisciplinary environment, demonstrate flexibility in the face of change;
  • Have a keen eye for detail and precision;
  • Ability to understand and follow the codes pre-established by the company;
  • Be responsible, committed, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.

 

Working conditions 

  • Part-time contract position, 20-24 hours/week (possibility of permanent part-time employment);
  • On-site work in Montreal;
