The Role

You'll be responsible for how Ark shows up online. Your work will directly influence how customers discover us, what they think of us, and why they choose us.

This role is for someone who works quickly, takes ownership, and knows how to turn ideas into polished output.

Responsibilities

Web & Digital

• Design and update website pages and landing pages

• Improve layout, navigation, and conversion flows

• Maintain SEO fundamentals and analytics tracking

Content Creation

• Produce a steady cadence of social content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram

• Turn field photos and footage into posts, carousels, and short-form videos

• Write clear copy that supports marketing and recruiting campaigns

Brand Execution

• Maintain consistency across all visual and written materials

• Create templates and design systems for future scale

Update assets quickly based on feedback or performance Marketing Support

• Assist with campaign creative, launch assets, and reporting

• Develop basic blog content and longer-form educational material

• Track engagement and performance results to guide improvement

What You Bring

• Strong design fundamentals - layout, typography, and brand alignment

• Experience with Webflow, WordPress, or similar platforms

• Skill with Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Cloud

• Ability to film and edit short-form video content

• Clear and concise writing skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and hit deadlines

Bonus Skills:

• GA4, Meta Ads Manager, or Hotjar familiarity

• Basic animation or HTML/CSS/JS tweaks
