Job Title: HR Administrative Assistant
The HR Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing administrative support to the Human Resources Director, assisting with various HR-related tasks and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of HR processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by coordinating interviews, conducting pre-employment checks, and preparing offer letters and employment contracts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, meetings, and other HR-related events.
- Support the benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries from employees.
- Assist in the maintenance and administration of HR databases, ensuring data integrity and generating relevant reports.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in the submission of the hours for the payroll, including gathering and verifying attendance reports, sick leaves, vacations, and ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Assist in the preparation of HR-related documentation, such as policies, procedures, and employee handbooks, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR communications, including newsletters, memos, and announcements.
- Assist with offboarding processes, including the collection of company property and updating employee records.
- Handle general HR inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to employees, candidates, and external stakeholders.
Requirements:

- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.

Education and Experience:
- Business/ HR diploma or equivalent/bachelor's degree (preferred)
- One to three years of experience in an administrative or HR support role.
