ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you passionate about the world of cosmetics, talent development, and business growth? Join our dynamic team as a Business Development Advisor – Cosmetics. Reporting to the Senior Head of Cosmetic Development, you will play a key role in expanding our network by guiding field teams toward excellence.

Your mission: Support, train, and inspire beauty advisors in your territory to ensure an exceptional customer experience, while achieving performance goals and maintaining the Uniprix brand image.
Territory: Quebec.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee a network of pharmacies in the assigned territory and ensure high-level customer service in cosmetic departments.
  • Develop management, sales, and leadership skills of lead beauty advisors.
  • Ensure best business practices are applied and promote the Uniprix brand.
  • Introduce innovative sales and advisory methods to boost team performance.
  • Monitor performance indicators and recommend action plans to optimize profitability.
  • Manage inventory effectively and suggest necessary adjustments.
  • Onboard and train new lead beauty advisors.
  • Actively participate in the implementation of special programs and promotional strategies.
  • Optimize merchandising and use of sales space according to market trends.
  • Provide personalized coaching to teams to enhance their commercial impact.

PROFILE SOUGHT

  • University or college degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the cosmetics industry, including team training and development.
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) in French, with functional English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Inspiring leadership, team spirit, and customer-oriented approach.
  • Valid driver’s license and availability for frequent travel.
