In this role, you will be at the heart of the action, supporting the brand management team members in their national and local marketing projects.
You will be responsible for managing the production of marketing campaigns across all media (TV, radio, digital, etc.), as well as internal and external projects. With your strong planning, organizational, and communication skills, you will oversee the entire advertising production process—from concept to broadcast—ensuring compliance with budgets, timelines, and established quality standards.
You will collaborate with internal teams at Belron Canada and talented teams of creatives and service providers. Acting as a liaison between internal teams, partner agencies, and suppliers, you will contribute to the smooth, rigorous, and consistent delivery of marketing materials. You will ensure effective communication and maintain harmonious collaboration among all stakeholders directly involved in your projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the brand management team in executing advertising campaigns and marketing projects.
- Coordinate the logistical, creative, and administrative aspects of projects.
- Ensure planning, logistics, and smooth execution of various advertising productions (TV, radio, photoshoots, etc.).
- Act as a liaison with external partners (media, creative, and production agencies).
- Ensure planning, tracking of deliverables, and adherence to deadlines.
- Contribute to the quality, rigor, and consistency of marketing deliverables.
- Participate in optimizing brand tools and managing digital assets.
- Play a key role in the operational efficiency of the brand management team through a structured, proactive, and collaborative approach.
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and French, orally and in writing.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications with relevant experience (a college diploma in communications or marketing combined with solid relevant experience may be considered).
- Experience in brand management, either on the client side or in an agency—an asset.
- At least 2 years of experience in coordinating marketing projects and advertising production (TV, radio, digital, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ease with learning new digital tools.
- Excellent ability to communicate with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with rigor, attention to detail, and strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
