We're Hiring: Marketing Coordinator - Europa Group (Old Montreal)

Europa Group (Europa, PRFKT & Vault) is looking for a creative, organized, proactive Marketing Coordinator to help shape our digital presence and support our growing luxury retail brand.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Film & edit Reels, TikToks, Stories
• capture daily in-store content
• Build content calendars across IG, TikTok, Pinterest & LinkedIn
• Join the team on buying trips to create fun behind-the-scenes content
• Create weekly emails, SMS invites, and simple blog posts
• Support events, promotions & in-store activations
• Reach out to influencers, hotels & partners for collaborations
• Work with suppliers for event support and sponsorships
• Help grow our Google reviews through friendly client follow-ups
• Support the creation of a loyalty program, client tiers & birthday outreach
• Keep our client lists organized by brand, event, and language
• Bring creative ideas for pop-ups, contests & client experiences

WHO YOU ARE

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Creative, proactive, and comfortable filming content
• Skilled in CapCut, Canva & social platforms
• Bilingual EN/FR with strong writing skills
• Friendly, resourceful, and great at building relationships
• Passionate about fashion, content & luxury experiences
