ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Support Coordinator with between 2- and 5-years' experience to join our high-volume Client Success team.
In light of the upcoming holiday season, we will be contacting shortlisted candidates in early January 2026.
The successful candidate will work closely with our Client Success & Delivery Excellence teams to support, execute, and optimize sales & marketing administrative and support activities that drive business growth. We are particularly interested in speaking with candidates with experience in software and/or consulting services environments and a proven track record of producing highly polished and visually compelling client proposals and deliverables.
This role requires a balance of administrative planning and hands-on execution, making it ideal for someone who thrives in an adaptive work environment with superior communication skills and attention to detail. Experience working with AI products will be a considerable asset.
This is a remote role. The ideal candidate will be accustomed to working in an ?at home? environment and will demonstrate a strong ability to manage their time and priorities within this environment. While marketing exposure is valuable, this is not a campaign or strategy role; the emphasis is on organized execution and administrative excellence.

- You hold a certification/qualification or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business or Administration

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
RFPS & PROPOSALS
- Assist with RFP responses and proposal preparation, including writing, formatting, and proofing content
- Maintain and improve base templates in Word and PowerPoint to ensure brand consistency
- Using digital design tools, create attractive visuals and other document peripherals
Marketing
- Own case study development for newly completed projects
- Assist with website updates, including graphics, copy creation and edits
- Assist with marketing campaigns, trade shows, and social media posts
Operations & Administration
- Maintain and organize SharePoint content, including internal and client portals.
- Manage MSAs, SSLAs, and Workorders - coordinating sign-backs through Adobe Sign
- Coordinate Client & Company Events including dinners, conferences and other appearances
From time to time, other relevant duties will be assigned as required
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Essential skills
- 2 - 5 years' experience in sales and/or marketing administration or coordination roles
- Experience in full-cycle sales and/or marketing activities
- Superior proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Experience writing content for and updating websites and basic graphic tools (eg: WordPress, Canva)
- Experience with email marketing and social media posts
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Desired Attributes
- Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment
- Familiarity with Sales CRM systems a bonus (e.g. Pipedrive or equivalent)
- Certification, qualification, or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or Administration
- Experience with, or a strong understanding of, AI productivity and enablement tools
