We are looking for a dynamic and organized In-Store Experience Manager to manage all culinary tasting programs in Quebec. In this key role, you will be responsible for the management of client accounts, internal teams, and daily operations related to in-store events. You will ensure the excellence of the customer experience and the performance of the team, coordinating programs, schedules, and resources to ensure impeccable service.
This position involves proactive management of tasting programs, in close collaboration with clients (mainly in English) and the internal team (in French). You will play a pivotal role in the recruitment, training, and coaching of agents and supervisors, while maintaining a balanced budget and optimizing processes.
This position is temporary for 13 months for maternity leave replacement, but with the possibility of extension.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Here is an overview of the main tasks and approximate time allocated per week (based on a typical workload):
- Complete management of the client account (follow-ups, meetings, emails, recoveries)
- Creation of projects in the management application and scheduling of schedules/agents (minimum 3-6 weeks in advance)
- Drafting demo alert documents and updating the demo calendar
- Planning, 100% confirmation of schedules, agent communication and recruitment assistance
- Management, coaching of supervisors and animation of the weekly meeting (Tuesday evening)
- Budgetary management, inventory, Carrousel orders, deliveries, and vehicle rentals
- Preparation of trainings and exams + animation and correction (shared with coordinator)
- Payroll, validation of hours/bonuses, + weekly team meetings and with HR
REQUIREMENTS
- Education : Completed Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, sales, management, business administration, marketing, hospitality-restoration, project management, or any other relevant program on the market (e.g., business administration (B.A.A.), commercial management, or operations management).
- Experience : Minimum of 5 to 7 years in a similar management position, ideally in the events, in-store promotion, retail sales, or operational team management sector. Project, client, and team management experience is essential.
- Languages : Rather Anglophone profile, with excellent mastery of English (main language for communications with clients). A good command of French is required for interactions with the internal team.
- Key Skills : Strong organisational ability, leadership, communication skills, budget management and use of tools such as Workstaff or similar. Ability to work under pressure, recruit and train teams. Valid driving license (an asset for occasional travel).
- Other : Availability for flexible schedules, including evening meetings (e.g. : Tuesday evening) and sometimes a few weekend follow-ups
