RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support clients by understanding their needs and providing product and service solutions
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through in-person visits, phone calls, and emails
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and fulfillment
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software
• Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and service offerings

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Energetic, outgoing, and motivated individual with a willingness to learn
• Field experience or post-secondary education in oil and gas, energy, or industrial technologies is an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Ability to travel and conduct site visits as needed
