OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Coordinator to manage and execute social media content for automotive dealerships across Canada. This role is hands-on and detail-oriented, ideal for someone who understands branding, consistency, and dealership marketing standards.

You will be responsible for creating, scheduling, and optimizing content across multiple platforms while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high-quality execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create high-quality social media content using Canva and AI tools
  • Produce short-form video content including Reels and TikTok-style videos
  • Manage and schedule content on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Write engaging bilingual captions (French & English)
  • Ensure all content follows dealership branding and OEM guidelines
  • Upload and manage content on WordPress websites (pages, blogs, updates)
  • Maintain strong attention to detail across visuals, copy, links, and offers
  • Work closely with internal teams to meet deadlines and approval processes

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing
  • Strong proficiency in Canva (design, templates, resizing)
  • Experience using AI tools for content creation and optimization
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Experience creating Reels and short-form video content
  • Bilingual (French & English) – written and spoken
  • Working knowledge of WordPress
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

PREFERRED (NICE TO HAVE)

  • Experience in automotive marketing or car dealerships
  • Familiarity with OEM compliance and brand standards
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting
  • Basic understanding of paid social ads
