What You'll Do:

As Regional Sales Manager, you'll lead and inspire a team of Community Sales Managers, Associates, and Assistants to drive sales in assigned communities (Single Family and Multi Family). You'll be responsible for:

  • Recruiting, coaching, and developing your sales team
  • Removing barriers to sales and supporting team success
  • Planning and executing special events with Marketing
  • Managing paperwork, legal documentation, and purchase agreements
  • Recommending pricing strategies and promotions
  • Ensuring visual excellence in Sales Centres
  • Collaborating on marketing, promotions, and advertising
  • Leading dynamic weekly sales meetings
  • Setting and achieving sales and revenue goals
  • Monitoring competitors and market trends
  • Managing CRM data and lead pipeline
  • Liaising with Realtor partners and negotiating offers
  • Working with mortgage brokers and lenders in all aspects
  • Conducting annual and quarterly reviews
  • Occasional travel to Edmonton and participation in weekend/evening events

What You Bring:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 5-10 years of progressive sales experience, including team leadership
  • Residential construction industry experience (required)
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Excellent client relationship management
  • Analytical skills for interpreting sales and market data
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Experience developing sales and marketing strategies
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Newstar and Salesforce experience an asset
  • Valid driver's license

Working Hours:

Standard office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional weekends/evenings on site.
