Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and coordinate meetings for the directors.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks; paying invoices at the bank.
- Liaise with our marketing firm to ensure alignment on campaigns.
- Manage job listings on various platforms.
- Manage the shipment of equipment and materials.
- Organize staff travel and plan company events.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with bookkeeping and simple financial management.
- Proficiency in using office software and online collaboration tools.
- Strong preference for security cleared candidates.
