Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role, based in Cochin, SK. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales operations, building and maintaining relationships with customers, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving business targets. The role entails managing a team, monitoring their performance, and providing guidance to achieve organizational goals. Collaboration with other departments to optimize customer experience and resolve issues is also a key part of this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management, client relationship management, and strategy development.
• Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate a sales team effectively.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to connect with clients and stakeholders.
• Organizational and analytical skills to develop strategies, evaluate trends, and drive business growth efficiently.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment while meeting sales goals and deadlines.
• Experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage.
