ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the digital transformation by aligning actions with the business objectives of the group and its various brands:

• Define the digital strategy in collaboration with the Senior Marketing Director and oversee its execution.
• Transform and optimize the online customer journey to enhance fluidity, engagement, and conversion.
• Build and strengthen brand reputation and trust across digital channels.
• Promote a data-driven and innovation-focused culture.
• Identify, recommend, and implement key digital transformation tools.
• Oversee the deployment of digital initiatives, ensuring budget management, timelines, and coordination with agencies and external partners.
• Develop and manage performance measurement tools (KPIs, dashboards, attribution, continuous optimization).

PROFILE

• Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem (SEO, SEA, UX, UI, AI, web, social media, CRM…).
• Proven experience in digital project management and agency coordination.
• Excellent command of analytical and performance measurement tools.
• Experience in complex B2C environments, ideally in a transformation context.
• Collaborative leadership, strong results orientation, and autonomy.
• Master’s degree in digital marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in digital transformation: a strong asset.
