We're looking for a Junior Account Executive to help us scale.
This role is for someone with an eye for opportunity and the confidence to go after it. You'll own the outbound sales process end-to-end, helping the right brands discover Monza and guiding them from first conversation to signed deal.
What you'll do
- Build and manage a pipeline of brand-driven companies and creators
- Drive outbound through automated sequences, cold calls, emails, DMs, and whatever else works
- Qualify leads and run discovery calls
- Collaborate closely with creative and operations to shape strong proposals
- Help refine Monza's go-to-market approach as we grow
- Maintain and nurture your existing client base
Who you are
- Organized, independent, and motivated to grow within a new company
- Comfortable starting conversations and leading client calls (online and in-person)
- You care about good design, branding, and quality products
- Experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development is an asset, but motivation and willingness to learn matter just as much

Compensation
- $20/hr plus commission (starting at 8% of revenue)
