STEP is seeking a highly organized and confident individual in the role of Senior Administrative Coordinator to provide program and administrative support to the Trade Development unit.
The successful candidate will support a team of professionals that organize outgoing and incoming trade missions and trade events for exporting companies throughout the province. This position will also assist in planning and implementation of exporter education webinars and seminar, as well as provide general reception duties for the Saskatoon office. This is an in-person role.

Knowledge & Technical Skills Required:
- Business diploma/degree or combination of experience and education
- At least five years of progressively administrative support responsibility
- Experience at the Intermediate level in the use of common software packages including Office 365
- Level of understanding of technology platforms for conducting online trade and education events considered an asset (Webex, Zoom, MS Teams)
- Graphic design skills desirable
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Effective communication (both oral and written) skills
- Effective organizational skills and proofreading skills
- Focus on attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Range: $50,714 - $68,613
Location: Saskatoon (In-person)
