Job Duties
General Management Responsibilities
- Maintain a calm demeanour during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep the store operating to our level of standards, and to create a positive team atmosphere
- Assist with employee training by giving encouragement and coaching as needed while ensuring all employees comply with company policies, procedures, health and safety regulations, and ethical standards Support store operational activities including product ticketing, shipping and receiving, product flow, floor change-outs, sales and markdowns, and store up-keep
- Attend and fully participate in all in person and virtual meetings Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders, responding to e-mails in a timely manner to ensure all customer complaints are addressed and handled professionally, leaving the customer with a positive resolution
- Participate as an active member on hiring panels to keep the service adequately staffed Obtain a strong working knowledge of service hardware and software
- Complete a thorough transition process with the incoming manager that includes one on one meetings and a transition manual
Other duties as assigned by Head Manager or VPOPS Graphics & Clothing Assistant Manager
Use past sales trends to order clothes and merchandise, while creating designs for new clothing and merchandise Create designs for new clothing and merchandise in conjunction with the Marketing and Online
Assistant Manager and Head Manager
