What You'll Be Doing
- Develop new commercial client relationships through prospecting, referrals, and disciplined pipeline management.
- Generate and grow revenue by achieving sales quotas, objectives, and personal goals aligned with company policies.
- Deliver superior client service to maximize retention, account development, and cross?selling across our products and services.
- Build strong professional relationships with carriers, the business community, colleagues, and industry associations.
What You Bring to the Table
- Insurance broker license (or willing to get licensed, don't worry, we can help!).
- Commercial sales background with new?business development experience (asset).
- Independent, self?motivated
- Client?first professionalism, you resolve issues in a respectful, friendly manner every time.
- Detail orientation and accuracy, thriving in a fast?paced environment with competing priorities.
- Superb interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with strong analytical/problem?solving abilities.
- Reliability and valid transportation for occasional visits to prospects/clients.
