The Opportunity

We're looking for a Marketing Specialist who thrives under pressure, brings energy to their work, and genuinely enjoys building impactful marketing programs. This role goes far beyond "typical" marketing tasks - you'll play a hands-on role across digital campaigns, content, events, analytics, and brand execution.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Marketing, you'll work closely with Regional Sales and cross-functional teams to support daily, monthly, and quarterly initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and growth. About The Role

As a Marketing Specialist, you will:

  • Support and execute initiatives across content marketing, digital marketing, email campaigns, webinars, website updates, social media, CRM management, events, and market research
  • Support the marketing lifecycle of new products and service developments at various stages
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns, collaborating with internal teams and external partners
  • Strategize and execute advertising campaigns across print, digital, and media channels, tailored to target audiences
  • Identify and evaluate new advertising opportunities and stay current with industry and market trends
  • Analyze campaign performance, digital analytics, and marketing studies to identify target audiences, insights, and competitive advantages
  • Coordinate and finalize content for email campaigns within marketing automation and CRM platforms
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to manage and grow corporate social media channels (LinkedIn, YouTube)
  • Assist with creating and reviewing ad copy, website content, and landing pages
  • Plan and execute in-person and virtual events, including conferences, client events, and webinars, managing logistics, messaging, promotions, on-site support, lead management, and post-event nurture to support demand generation objectives

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, email marketing, and event marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, digital communications, or a related field
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, editing, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, tools, and best practices
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Basic graphic design skills are considered an asset
  • Experience using CMS platforms (WordPress) and CRM tools (Salesforce, ZoomInfo)
  • Hands-on experience building and executing full-funnel demand generation campaigns
  • Strong experience running and optimizing campaigns on LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn algorithms updates, best practices, and emerging B2B trends

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Include

  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat) and strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Demonstrated experience with HTML/HTML5 and CSS
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Campaigner, Salesforce Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices
  • Solid grasps of project management fundamentals
  • Advanced experience with: Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics
