POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for all activities of the HR Department, which includes recruiting, employee relations, benefits, compensation, employee development, retention, employee handbook and policy development within the organization.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Directs and manages the primary responsibilities of the HR functions, which include recruiting, employee relations, benefits and compensation
  • Responsible for managing payroll including commissions and time sheets during regular payroll process through Ceridian, including payroll taxes and other Government taxes are paid in time.
  • Responsible for the regular review, development, updates, and legal compliance of policies & procedures
  • Manages employee relations activities, which includes counseling employees and management on performance concerns and/or disciplinary actions that result from performance deficiencies and recommend a course of action.
  • Manages company Zoho software, responsible for updates, accuracy of manager and employee access, and employee communications. Analyzes software and trends, and makes appropriate recommendations
  • Supports key strategic initiatives through the development and growth of HR practices.
  • Supports executive leadership with guidance and consultation to drive the success of the business.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Organizational Development or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5-7 year of experience in HR Management, Organization Development or like fields
  • Experience with Ceridian Software (Dayforce) preferred
  • Experience with SAP preferred
