Job Overview: Responsible for providing general support and assistance with the tactical execution of corporate and marketing plans, strategies, and projects across the entirety of Give & Go and its many product lines. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the creation of product specifications for new products and aid in the creation and review of marketing material and label copy and artwork Assist in the creation of marketing materials for internal & external reference e.g. sell sheets, product photography, launch presentations, product manuals, and new packaging Assist in the execution of creating new products - working in conjunction with product development and operations Participation in new product sensory tastings and part of the plant trial team and first production runs where required Creation and analysis of sales and category reports, assists in the updating of internal project status reports and in the management of product sample requests Complete research related to current customer trends and preferences, as well as analyzing competitor initiatives to report back to the Marketing department Help coordinate US and Canadian ECC NET maintenance for specified customers Conduct purchase order submissions and record keeping The Recipe for Success: Completion of high school diploma or equivalent Currently enrolled in a university Marketing/ Business program or having recently graduated from program Ability to multi-task, prioritize and problem solve Solid understanding of urgency in responding to internal (other departments) and external (suppliers, agencies, customers) partners Strong interpersonal skills with clear communications (verbal and written) Excellent organizational skills in order to meet tight deadlines A self-starter with the ability to identify projects, solutions Ability to work independently and in a team environment What we can offer: As we grow, we are committed to preserving the parts of our diversity & culture that is unique, people-focused and are core to our success at every size.
