About the Role:

We are looking for a versatile Marketing Content Creator to help elevate our brand and produce engaging content that reflects our identity and connects with customers and partners worldwide.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Products, you will be responsible for producing high-quality content that supports brand consistency across social media, website, tradeshows, and customer-facing materials. The Marketing Content Creator will play a key role in executing MetOcean’s marketing strategy, with a focus on creating visual content for digital channels, presentations, and campaigns.

This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented marketer who enjoys producing visual content, supporting campaigns, and helping grow a consistent brand. If you’re passionate about technology, branding, and global marketing strategies, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Content Creation

• Create visual content for social media, website, campaigns, presentations, and internal communications using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Build engaging PowerPoint slide decks for internal teams and customer-facing presentations.
• Capture and edit photos and video for social media, website, and campaigns.
• Ensure all content aligns with MetOcean’s brand identity and visual style.
• Other duties, as assigned.

Website & Digital Support

• Update and maintain WordPress website content, ensuring layouts and visuals are consistent with brand standards.
• Support digital campaigns with graphics, video, and other visual assets.
• Other duties, as assigned.

Campaign & Tradeshow Support

• Produce content for tradeshows and events, including digital displays, social posts, and promotional visuals.
• Assist with event asset preparation and coordination.
• Other duties, as assigned.

Technical and Non-Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.
• Skilled at creating visually compelling content for multiple channels, including social, web, and presentations.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in content creation, marketing, or a similar role.
• Experience with PowerPoint slide deck creation.
• Familiarity with WordPress content management.
• Experience with funding submissions and press releases considered an asset.
• Basic motion graphics or animation experience considered an asset.
• Familiarity with SEO and digital analytics considered an asset.
