The Role: Area Sales Manager - Alberta

Key characteristics:

  • Full territory ownership across Alberta
  • Strong access to dermatology and plastic surgery physicians
  • Less unnecessary travel compared to traditional prairie territories
  • Capital equipment-led sales supported by consumables and skin science

This role is designed as a launchpad, not a landing spot. High performers are developed into District Sales Manager (DSM) roles within 12-18 months, based on results and leadership.

Compensation & Upside

  • Base salary: $80,000+
  • Car allowance
  • 3 weeks' vacation
  • Full benefits

Uncapped commission

  • No ramp period
  • 2026 OTE projected just under $500,000
  • Accelerators actively being built to reward overperformance

This is a role for someone who wants their income tied directly to execution.

Each ASM works alongside:

  • A Business Development Manager (BDM) driving opportunity flow
  • A Skin Science partner supporting clinical outcomes and practice growth

This allows ASMs to focus on closing, relationships, and strategic territory development, not chasing every lead alone.
