Let's Camp is an online marketplace and booking software that connects campers with campgrounds. If you're a camper, it's a handy tool to find and book with your favorite campground. If you're a campground owner, it's a full reservation system that lets you upload all of your individual site and park info, and then manage all of your bookings.
About the Role
Following a couple recent acquisitions, we're scaling rapidly across North America. We need a driven sales professional to capitalize on this momentum and help us become the dominant platform in outdoor hospitality software.
Location: Remote (Canada or US) or Hybrid (Saskatoon or Toronto)
In this sales role, you will have a large impact on the trajectory of Let's Camp and the future of the company as a whole. We are aggressively growing our market share in Canada and the US, and in this role, you'd be a key player in making this happen.
Initial Responsibilities
- Prospecting potential leads via email, phone, in person and video interactions
- Booking and attending sales/demo presentations
- Meeting and building lasting relationships with campground owners and managers
- Organizing and keeping record of schedules, meetings, and interactions using HubSpot
- Attending virtual conferences, and in-person tradeshows
- Reporting to the leadership team
- Creating and documenting processes as well as helping build go-to-market strategies
Your Skillset
- 2+ years experience in software sales
- Ability to consistently hit and exceed target goals
- Familiarity with web applications and SaaS
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements
- Ability to guide and lead changing requirements
- Highly-motivated self-starter with a drive to shape processes around their own skillset
- Experience in digital marketing considered an asset
- Experience in outdoor sales / cold calling considered an asset
- Passion for the outdoors is a plus
Compensation
Base salary
- incentives and benefits. Additional bonuses will be awarded for target sales met. Guaranteed minimum salary.
Base salary range $60,000 - $70,000 CAD
On-Target Earnings (OTE) $85,000 - $100,000 CAD
