We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for defining, managing, and optimizing all digital marketing initiatives to increase the company’s visibility, generate leads, and support business growth. You will act as a team leader while ensuring a performance-driven approach, data analysis, and continuous innovation.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, manage, and optimize online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Oversee lead generation, management, and follow-up to maximize conversion.
• Design and execute effective email marketing campaigns.
• Maintain, optimize, and improve website performance (SEO, UX, content);
• Supervise the creation of digital content (articles, newsletters, visuals, videos, social media).
• Analyze performance using analytical tools (Google Analytics, CRM) and produce reports.
• Grow and engage the company’s presence on social media.
• Manage the digital marketing budget and optimize ROI.
• Stay up to date on trends and innovations in digital marketing.
• Mentor, coach, and develop the digital marketing team with a focus on collaboration and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in management role;
• Excellent mastery of digital tools: Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, CRM.
• Strong skills in content strategy, copywriting, and storytelling.
• Comfortable using project management tools.
• Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
