Sales Manager - Sydney Hybrid | B2B | Banking / Fintech SaaS

We are hiring a Sales Manager (Sydney-based) for a global banking & financial technology product company with decades of experience delivering mission-critical platforms to financial institutions worldwide.

Role Overview

  • This role is responsible for executing the regional sales agenda by identifying, qualifying, and closing enterprise BFSI opportunities in Australia. You will work closely with a Regional Sales Head (Melbourne) and internal solution teams to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute sales plans aligned to regional strategy
  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline and forecasts
  • Engage with Tier-1 banks and lending-focused financial institutions
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams on solution strategy

Ideal Profile

  • B2B enterprise sales experience in BFSI technology / banking SaaS
  • Exposure to core banking, lending platforms, or fintech products
  • Experience selling into Australian financial institutions
  • Sydney-based and open to onsite engagement
