Essential Functions (included but not limited to):

International Sales Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead and oversee a network of independent international sales representatives to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term international sales strategies aligned with company objectives and regional market dynamics.
  • Provide strategic input on sales programs, promotions, pricing, and assortments based on country, region, and account-specific insights.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to field representatives, supporting project execution, prioritization, and operational effectiveness.

Account Management & Market Development

  • Manage key international retail accounts, including onboarding, assortment changes, pricing updates, and ongoing account optimization.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with international partners to assess performance, opportunities, and growth initiatives.
  • Travel to international markets as needed to open accounts, support launches, conduct

inventory checks, and ensure brand standards are upheld.

  • Ensure product placement, assortment integrity, and merchandising execution align with brand

and regional strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution

  • Partner closely with Forecasting & Planning to align promotions, inventory needs, and sales forecasts.
  • Collaborate with Merchandising to identify new product opportunities, category gaps, and pricing strategies based on market feedback and competitive analysis.
  • Project manage international initiatives, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
  • Support and execute international sales education, product rollouts, and training initiatives as needed.

Analysis, Reporting & Market Insights

  • Analyze sales performance, account data, and market trends to identify risks, opportunities, and

areas for improvement.

  • Monitor competitive activity and evolving retail landscapes across international markets.
  • Utilize ERP and reporting tools to generate insights for account management and leadership

review.

  • Gather continuous customer and consumer feedback to inform product development and service enhancements.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Represent BEDGEAR at international trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.
  • Support additional projects and initiatives as assigned by leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify
  • English proficient (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension)
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check is required
  • Must have home office with personal laptop for business use
  • Must be willing to participate in a bring your own device (BYOD) cell-phone program (stipend

provided)

  • Must have dependable personal vehicle with credible insurance coverage and valid driver's license
  • Must have a valid passport for travel outside of territory as needed
  • Travel required at least 35% of time
  • Ability and willingness to work weekends and major retail holidays

Preferred Education/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field strongly preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, international sales, or account management
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Experience within a lifestyle, consumer goods, or retail brand highly desirable
  • Demonstrated success working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
